For Dedicated users

You can upgrade your server's OS. Please complete the following steps:

1. Log into your Dedicated Server

2. Backup your data

3. Open the App Store and download the latest macOS

4. Follow the onscreen instructions

5. After 1 hour has passed, reboot the server using the Web Portal

Note that upgrading to a different macOS can take several hours.

If you need to downgrade, see the instructions "For Managed Users" below. 

For Managed users

You will need to purchase a new subscription with the desired macOS selected (See: How do I change to a different type of plan?). Note that the OS on your current server cannot be altered.
