Under the “Getting Started” section of the Titanium dashboard, the properconfiguration will appear like this:

Titanium is already installed on your server and can be found in the Applications Folder. In these steps, you will want to make sure that the iOS and Android SDKs are properly linked to Titanium. If you need further assistance or administrator permission to continue with any of the steps mentioned, please submit a support ticket to us.

1. Run Titanium Studio (Applications Folder)

2. Set your workspace directory when prompted

3. Log In to your account registered with Appcelerator when prompted

4. Install any updates when prompted (i.e. Titanium SDK 3.0.0 GA, or any other components). This should take a couple of minutes.
If you need further assistance / admin permission to continue this part, please submit a support ticket to us.

5. Go to the dashboard after completing updates, and click the “Getting Started” tab. Click “Android” to start the configuration.

Note: if iOS has a “?” on its icon as well, please submit a support ticket to us. This most likely means that a new version of Xcode that is currently installed is not yet compatible with Titanium. 

Android SDK and iOS Configuration

1. After clicking the “Android” Icon you should see this when scrolling down on the dashboard.  Click “Install or Update Android SDK”

2. Titanium will prompt you to locate the Android SDK.
The filepath is listed as follows:
Macintosh HD > Developer > Android > adt-bundle-mac-x86_64. 

Click the Folder “adt-bundle-mac-x86_64” and select “open”




Press OK.

3. A window “Android SDK Manager” will pop up and the following need to be selected: 

- Tools: Check everything
- Android 4.2 (API 17): Check everything
- Android 4.0 (API 14): Check “SDK Platform” only
- Android 2.2 (API 8): Check everything

Then click on “Install 14 packages” on the bottom right of the window. This will take a couple of minutes.

Note: If the status of any of these components read as “installed” you may skip these. If all 14 are installed, you may close the Android SDK Manager window.

4. When you have successfully configured these Android SDK components, the “Android Configuration Details” window should say that Android SDK is installed correctly. Android no longer should have the “?” on its icon.

5. As your Titanium Studio window is active, go to its Preferences.

6. Make sure that the path for Android SDK and Android NDK is correctly configured:

Android SDK: /Developer/Android/adt-bundle-mac-x86_64
Android NDK: /Developer/Android/android-ndk-r8d

You are done!
