Make changes to your subscription through the web portal

To add or remove add-ons, adjust your daily hour limit, or make other adjustments to your subscription, simply log onto the Web Portal and perform the following 3 steps:

    1. Select “Subscriptions” as shown in the screenshot below:

    2. Click “Update” on the server you wish to make changes to: 

    3. Select the changes you wish to make to your subscription and click "Update" to confirm:

Note: If you wish to change your plan billing cycle or operating system, you may contact our Support Team for assistance, or purchase a new plan.
